A Short Motivation
A Short Motivation
Many people struggle with the motivation needed to succeed. Asking themselves questions like, why are some successful and why am I not? People search forever for the secret to being successful. However, the secret is not that big a secret at all.
Productivity
The fact is simple, productivity. “To apply the most amount of effort to the best of your ability in the allotted time that you have.” The one thing all successful people have in common is the realization that the most precious commodity on earth is time. These people realize that they have to give it their all, in order to get to their goals within the limited time that they have.
Call it passion, ambition, drive or discipline. If you do you your best all the time, you will reach your goals. Be the best person you can be, in all aspects of your life.
Goals
It is so important to set goals. Not goals like I want to make a lot of money in the future. Instead, set SMART goals. This means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely goals i.e. I’ll earn $10,000 before September 1st. Or I will lose/gain 10 pounds in 30 days.
Next step is to make those goals accountable, meaning you should make your goals public. You don’t want everybody to know you quit, so you continue to work towards it. Make a plan of attack, how are you going to do it?
Genetics Vs Effort
If you look at successful people, no matter what field you look, whether it’s sports, business, relations or creation, they all have the focus and work towards their goals. Investing their time and getting more done in the same time than the competition in order to be on top. Some people complain about they have the genetics so it’s easier on them. Or they cheated, using steroids in bodybuilding or rolled into a family corporation in business. Take control of your life, take action.

Inspirational article and video! Also, this really applies to everthing in life and not just sports / fitness / bodybuilding.
I agree with you on the non-resolution making. I rveolsed a long time ago to take action instead of dreaming. I guess I feel if people have to wait for a specific date to take action on the things they want to do. Well, I’m pretty sure that is not that serious of a goal. What about now? What about right at this moment?
